  • What does the Playautoma Subscription Box Contain?
  • Each Subscription Box includes carefully curated fun and playful projects chosen by our team of Experts based on the age of your child. Additionally, you will receive a personalized note and instruction booklet each month along with the projects. 

  • What can I expect my child to learn from Playautoma Subscription Box activities?
  • The Subscription boxes are specially designed to let the child learn various subjects through play. They are designed to enhance your child's sensory, motor and cognitive skills. The best part is that kids won't even realize how much they are learning!

  • How are the boxes designed? 
  • The Subscription Box has been designed by our team of in-house experts which include designers and educators. Finally, every crate theme is rigorously tested with kids to ensure that projects are engaging, fun and universally appealing, and to ensure that the instructions are clear and easy to understand. We go through this design process every month to ensure that your child has the most innovative projects delivered right to your doorstep.  

  • Can my child independently play with this Subscription Box?
  • The boxes have been designed to be age-appropriate for your child's age. There might be specific steps in an activity that might require parental intervention, for example - the use of scissors. These will be called out in each of the activity booklets.

  • You will get an email confirmation of the order to your registered email address 

  • How will I get confirmation of my order?
  • We’re sorry that you’ve encountered an issue with one of our projects! If you have encountered an issue with a box such as missing or lost instructions or damaged items, please email us at info@playautoma.com  and let us know the problem.    

     

    Shipping and Support:

  • Is shipping free? Do I have to pay any additional charges?
  • Shipping is absolutely free for you! You will only need to pay the charges mentioned in the final order confirmation page. All taxes are included in the final price mentioned.

  • When will my Subscription Box arrive?
  • Typically, orders are shipped the same business day or the next business day after which you will receive a tracking number via email. The following month's box will be delivered before or after the 15th of each month, depending on when the order was placed.  

  • Can I stop my subscription in between?
  • *Yes. Please send an email to info@playautoma.com by the 30th of a month if you wish to cancel the next month's subscription. We will give you a 100% refund for the remaining boxes.

  • How do I provide feedback to Playautoma?
  • We would love to hear from you – compliments or criticism! Please email us at info@playautoma.com to provide your valuable feedback. If your suggestion can help us improve our products, we may even send you a token reward in appreciation!
